2021 Leadtek Overseas Sales Department Team Building—Huizhou Tour

 For those of you who know Leadtek, you must know that 2021 will be a different year for Leadtek. 2021 is the 6th anniversary of Leadtek Electronics. Leadtek was founded in 2015. It has experienced ups and downs in the past 6 years. However, thanks to everyone’s efforts and the support of Leadtek’s partners, Leadtek’s sales are increasing every year. It is growing at a rate of more than 80%. In order to thank everyone for their dedication in 2021, Leadtek has carefully prepared a 4 days and 3 nights Huizhou team tour for the sales team from 12th to 23th, 2021.    

 On the morning of December 23th, everyone came to the office early, and one after another, the materials needed for the next 4 days were loaded in batches on the cars that had been arranged in advance. From the photos, we can find that Leadtek Electronics has carefully prepared various items for everyone. All kinds of items, at the same time, everyone's big bags and small bags are also full of daily necessities. Some of my colleagues have been responding to the information that customers need.    

  After a half and 2 hours journey, everyone arrived at the Rainbow Bay Phase II villa area, which was booked in advance. After checking in and putting all the items in the villa, we are going to have lunch together.

 After a short break after lunch, we began our afternoon trip-Sailing on a yacht. For everyone's safety, the staff asked everyone to wear safety clothing, and each yacht can accommodate 6 to 7 people. The local staff on the sea also let us experience the feeling of surfing on the sea. It was very exciting. Although there was some fear in my heart, everyone still remembered the joy in my heart. We caught shrimp at sea, and during this time we also went to Lover Island which the staff told us.

 After a short boat trip to the sea, everyone returned to the villa and started to work together to prepare for tonight’s activities, decorating the villa, washing vegetables, and BBQ. Play games happily, Leadtek’s sales team blows cake candles together to celebrate Leadtek’s 6th anniversary!

 On December 24th, the sales team began to review the whole year of 2021. Everyone enthusiastically expressed their views and evaluations of the past year. Regarding the problems discovered in 2021, we did not do a good job. We will make progress together in the next year. At the same time, the 2022 sales team also has a whole year plan and Leadtek’s goal: to become a well-known brand in the overseas segment. In order to increase the enthusiasm of everyone, Leadtek also gave a reward 

 After experiencing the life of 2 days and 2 nights in the seaside villa. On the 25th we started and rushed to the famous hot spring resort in Huizhou-the seaside hot spring resort. There are more than 40 hot spring pools, hot springs with various effects. After dinner, we returned to the villa, everyone started the UNO game. Some colleagues were so lucky that they could only accept other colleagues' appointments but they were unwilling to do things.

 After 3 days and 3 nights of activities, everyone woke up naturally on the morning of the 26th. After eating a buffet in the hotel, they took a short break and then set off to go home. For colleagues who have never lived by the beach or soaked in hot springs, this is the first time in their lives. Leadtek Electronics made preparations for the sales team building for half a month. Every detail was prepared very well. It made us feel the warmth of home, and it also made us feel that Leadtek is our other big family. Let everyone understand that no matter what you encounter, you have to worry about whether you can do it well. As long as we work hard, we can do it well through everyone's efforts.

 We are very grateful to Leadtek for organizing this sales team building activity. Through this activity, the team's cohesion has been improved, and the employees' sense of belonging to the company has been enhanced, and the team awareness and collaboration capabilities have been further improved. At the same time,wewish Leadtek to exceed its sales plan in 2022.
