Leadtek Customized Case Sharing Meeting
On June 20th, Leadtek Customized Case Sharing Meeting was held in the conference room on time. This meeting is mainly to show Leadtek's customized project process:
1. The salesperson understands the customer's needs and the project situation.
2. The R&D department evaluates the project and gives the Customized solutions.
3. Sales staff provide solutions and confirm business conditions with customers.
4. After the customer confirms the drawing and data-sheet, Production department conducts sample production.
5. The quality department conduct delivery test on samples and provide inspection report.
In addition, the sales department also shared the experience of how to communicate and negotiate with customers when customers do not accept the accounting period. The meeting not only let everyone know how the customized project process is carried out, but also learned relevant sales skills. Especially for new sales colleagues, there is a good reference for how to follow up customized projects in the future.
